UK Jewellery Market Visibility Report 2026
Benchmarking 55 jewellery brands across Google search, organic visibility and AI-driven discovery.
Search is evolving. This report reveals how jewellery brands are performing across traditional search and AI platforms, the categories winning visibility, and what ambitious brands need to do next to secure their digital future.

Key Findings
Rank a brand by traffic alone and you'd only see half the picture. Beneath the headline numbers, clear patterns emerged, smaller players punching above their weight in AI results, established names quietly losing visibility, and technical gaps hiding beneath well-known websites.
These patterns point to where the next competitive advantage lies. As search fragments across traditional results and AI platforms, the brands that understand these shifts now will shape how customers discover jewellery in the years ahead.
AI Readiness Beats Traffic Scale
Grace & Co Jewellery and Lily Blanche both score above 90% on AI Readiness. This lets them outperform far larger sites like Joma Jewellery (11% score) for LLM mentions and visibility.
Tech Issues Are Growth Blockers
A weak Technical Foundations score can undermine even fast, Core Web Vitals-passing sites. Daisy Jewellery scored just 45 overall, and is now losing significant organic traffic and revenue.
LLM Reliance Creates Platform Risk
Several high-performing brands lean heavily on one AI channel. C W Sellors draws 64% of its LLM mentions from ChatGPT alone, leaving it exposed to any shift in market share.
Brand Strength Isn't Enough
Even top brands are losing ground despite strong positions. Joma Jewellery, Missoma, and Jewellery Box all saw brand volume declines of -6% to -10% year-on-year.
